Green Tea

Traditionally produced in East Asia, green tea is enjoying increasing popularity in the world, especially in light of the many health claims made on its behalf. Green tea does not undergo the process of oxidation that produces black tea, meaning the leaf remains green. The variety of ways in which green teas are processed include steaming, pan-frying, pressing and hand-shaping into spirals, pearls or strips.
